We founded Kersting Designs with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best shopping experience we possible can. To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they come to Kersting Designs. Read our policies below and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Our art prints use the finest, archival paper and inks. Our aim is to keep the prints we sell in inventory however, if we are out of stock, printing can take 2-3 weeks plus 4 days standard USPS shipping.


Policy Information

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method your've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Our Shipping Policy

How it Works

We use USPS to ship our products. Out of stock prints are custom printed and take 2-3 weeks to complete and ship. Shipping prices are based on paper type and destination.
